Umi is a high end sushi restaurant that opened in Buckhead in May 2013. At the time of writing this review, Umi is in my top three sushi restaurants in Atlanta along with Sushi House Hayakawa and Taka Sushi. Co-owner Fuyuhiko Ito is the head chef. Before Umi, Chef Ito worked at MF Buckhead.
