This means that brake parts can corrode and worse still when the water content boils off the system will suffer from lack of fluid resulting in the brake pedal going down to the floor such as on prolonged use on long steep descents.

From the tilted position, try holding the button instead of just pushing it to close it. If you get it to close, now try pushing the button to open (not tilt).The custom aluminum Intake manifold is reused from the 8th gen kit and as such had a hole in the top right portion to allow coolant to flow. For the 9th gen Kit the coolant hole is blocked off. The kit never included the 3/4” NPT plug to block the coolant. An auto store has them for a few bucks.
